meet our team

Shaheema Adams is the founder and owner of the Customer Experience Lab (CEX Lab). She spends some of her time delivering end-to-end customer experience (CEX) strategic solutions, focused on result driven outcomes for both customers and organizations. The rest of her time is spent on trying to master 21km’s and being a mom.

For the past 22 years, she has been perfecting her craft on some of the best customer experience battlefields in the Banking industry (SA & Africa), Health care industry, Financial services industry, Telecoms, ShowMax, Cape town international airport and Consulting companies.

 

She believes in knowledge sharing and customer experience education, which lead to the launch of her CEX Lab CSI program. This program offers start-up companies an opportunity to develop and or enhance their customer strategies through her CEX Practice Management program.
